Welch Senior Living Principal Paul T. Casale, Sr., welcomed employees and managers from Allerton House in Hingham, Allerton House in Weymouth, Village at Proprietors Green in Marshfield, and The Village at Duxbury to the annual Staff Recognition Dinner. Casale, Sr. thanked those in attendance for “working as a team for the greater good.” He noted that Welch Senior Living staff display “unselfish service above and beyond the call of duty,” as they create a “culture of caring for our residents.”
Welch Senior Living is known for its staff longevity, with many staff and managers honored for 20-plus years of service. The annual event was held at the Indian Pond Country Club in Kingston.
