Wellness and fitness are part of our daily routine at Allerton House Assisted Living. Our life-enriching programming encourages involvement and engagement to promote physical and mental well-being. Our wellness programs are designed to provide exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels to maintain strength, flexibility, and a healthy weight.

Our wellness programming features:
- Registered Nurse overseeing resident care as outlined in a Personalized Care Plan
- Scheduled visits from specialists including podiatrist, ophthalmologist, and dentist
- Monthly visits from the registered dietitian
- Blood pressure clinics
- Monthly wellness clinic
- Educational programs on a range of health issues such as diabetes, heart health, fall prevention, and back pain
