Our wellness programs are designed to provide exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels to maintain strength, flexibility, and a healthy weight.

  • Registered Nurse overseeing resident care as outlined in a Personalized Care Plan
  • Scheduled visits from specialists including podiatrist, ophthalmologist, and dentist
  • Monthly visits from the registered dietitian
  • Blood pressure clinics
  • Monthly wellness clinic
  • Educational programs on a range of health issues such as diabetes, heart health, fall prevention, and back pain
