The new Fitness Center at Allerton House in Weymouth recently opened with equipment demonstrations, fresh fruit, and delicious fresh fruit and vegetable juice. The newly installed ergonomic stationary bikes and recumbent elliptical provide an excellent workout while minimizing stress on joints and bones.
