Promoting Physical
Well-Being
Regular physical exercise is key to reducing stress, controlling body weight, improving brain health, and other long-term benefits. For older adults, it can also help manage type 2 diabetes and other chronic health conditions.
Certified Personal Trainers provide one-on-one instruction and lead group classes, such as chair yoga, tai chi, cycling, stretching, balance and strength training for fall prevention. Trainers teach residents proper form, techniques, and how to use equipment correctly to maximize safety while maximizing results.

Supporting a

A heavy focus on overall health is infused into daily routines at Allerton House Assisted Living, often as fun social activities.
