Welch Senior Living Honors “Promise Keepers” at Annual Staff Recognition and Awards Dinner
Opening the Welch Senior Living 2018 Awards Dinner by congratulating the staff on their role as the “Promise Keepers,” Principal Paul T. Casale reminded employees that they are the ones who provide the care, comfort, energizing activities, and home-like atmosphere that ensure residents a wonderful life, and families, peace of mind. Casale said that keeping the promise is all about providing a “culture of caring” and “doing the right thing.”
This staff commitment and longevity of service at the senior living company was celebrated throughout the evening, culminating with the formal awards presentation for individuals who have been with the company five years or longer. This year many awards were given to employees who have been with Welch Senior Living for 15 years or longer.
