Memory Care Presentation offers Valuable Information

Allerton House in Weymouth recently welcomed the community-at-large, residents and their families, and staff to learn whether or not they think a relative or friend might need the care and services of a memory care assisted living program. In her presentation, Joan Wright, CDP, certified dementia practitioner, director of community relations for Norwell VNA and Hospice, discussed the many ways a safe environment, staffed by professionals specializing in memory care, and meaningful activities, can enrich someone’s life when they are dealing with memory issues.
